Dr. Ruth Norwinda
Ruth graduated from Boston University (USA) with a Bachelors of Science in Athletic Training in 2013 and Doctor of Physical Therapy Degree in 2015. She is fully registered with the Allied Health Professionals Council in Singapore.
Upon graduation she worked at National University Hospital (Singapore) including the ICU and general wards specializing in neurology, geriatrics, CTVS (cardio thoracic vascular surgery), orthopedics and oncology. She specialized in neurorehabilitation, working with the Rehabilitation Medicine team which moved to Alexandra Hospital when they opened service in 2019. She worked both inpatient and outpatient settings, including their robotic walking program.
She is passionate about working with patients with neurological conditions. She has extensive experience working with various neurological and geriatric conditions including, but not limited to stroke, brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, Parkinson’s disease, myelopathy, polytrauma cases, and post-op joint replacements.
She has completed her Advanced Training Course in Robotic Rehabilitation Therapy with the Lokomat and is certified Lokomat Trainer. She has also completed her advanced training with Ekso-GT and is a Level 2 Ekso-GT User.

Mr. Yee Liang Ng
Yee Liang graduated from Trinity College Dublin under Singapore Institute of Technology with Bachelor’s in Science (Honours) in Physiotherapy in 2017. He is fully registered with Allied Health Professionals Council in Singapore.
After graduation, he worked at National University Hospital (Singapore) in the medical surgery team involving ICU, high dependency and general ward care specializing in general and neurological surgeries.
After which, he moved to Alexandra Hospital in 2018 as a pioneer to assist in the reopening of the hospital services. Given the time in Alexandra hospital, he has work both inpatient and outpatient settings involving musculoskeletal, geriatric and neurological conditions.
He has been working with patients with musculoskeletal, geriatric and neurological conditions in home environment and clinic setting for the past 3 years. With the knowledge and experiences in these conditions including spine and peripheral musculoskeletal issues, post operative repairs or joint replacement, stroke, and Parkinson's disease to assist his patients to get back to their daily activities.
