This program is ideal for individuals with specific medical conditions or injuries that are ready to start and/or return to their fitness journey. This health & fitness program is led by a physiotherapist to ensure safe, sustainable training program.

Conditions may include:

  • Joint related pains or injuries including back, knee or shoulder pain

  • After recovery from a sports injury

  • After completing a physiotherapy program post operation or surgery and ready to return to a supervised fitness program

  • Health related conditions including heart or lung conditions, high blood pressure, high cholesterol or diabetes

  • Post stroke rehabilitation

  • Deconditioning after a fall

Pain and injury can be limiting you from doing what you love or even so exercising. With proper guidance from the physiotherapist, the exercise training plan can be carried out safely together with your rehabilitation program to alleviate your pain.

Our personal trainers work hand in hand with our physiotherapists to develop an exercise programme to cater to your needs such as gaining muscle and strength, losing weight and getting back a healthier lifestyle throughout the entire journey!

 

Pre & Post Assessment by a Physiotherapist

May include, but not limited, to:

  • General screening for fitness to initiate an exercise program

    • Review of diet & nutrition

    • Fitness Test & Health Report

    • Weight loss education

    • Specific medical precautions to exercise

    • Education on modifications in view of exisiting medical conditions or specific injuries​
