We suggest that you dress comfortably with sweat pants or athletic shorts, a comfortable top, and running shoes or sandals that have straps to reduce risk of falls during the session

You are also advised to prepare any referral letters, medical records, and medical imaging such as X-rays if any.

In the case you need to cancel/change the appointment:
 

Before 24 hours: Kindly whatsapp or email us to notify, there will be no penalty charges

Within 24 hours: Kindly whatsapp us to notify and we will liase with you directly, a fee may be applicable for late cancellation without sufficient documentation (MC, positive covid ART, etc)
